Mr. Darcy is a tall, elegant, good looking man. The general consensus among at the party is that Mr. Darcy is "a fine figure of a man, [and] the ladies declared he was much handsomer than Mr. Bingley." Elizabeth sees him as handsome but with an air of superiority.
