Charlotte doesn't marry Mr.Collins for love.why does she marry him?are her reasons valid ?are they fair to Mr.Collins?

Charlotte marries Mr Collins because she wants a husband, and she wants someone who can financially care for her. Her reason are fair to Mr Collins because he himself simply wants a wife......... it doesn't matter who the wife is (he offered for her sister first).
