Okay, so I have been struggling with this too, and not even the personal assistant people are helping apparently. I have noticed a pattern—and also something I missed. I also thought the tutorials weren't working, until I noticed it was a multiplication sign instead of a division sign. Multiplying the two horizontal numbers that are filled in, I took that and divided it by the unit rate. That shoud give you an answer! Hope it helps.
