How does Eliza sum up the differences between what Higgins did for her and what Pickering did for her?

Eliza tells Higgins that had it not been for Pickering she would never have learned how to "act" like a lady. Higgins taught her to speak like a lady, but Higgins has no feelings and no real manners. Pickering is the more genteel of the two, and he really is always polite and mannerly. Higgins argues that she should not be upset because Higgins treats everyone the same way. But she wants to be more "friendly-like" and so she actually needed what Higgins and what Pickering taught her to be the lady she is after she makes her "debut."
