What is Mrs. Pearce's view of Higgins ?

Mrs. Pearce finds Higgins as ill mannered and in need of lessons as much, if not more than Eliza. She's like an outspoken mother figure, who hasn't yet given up hope. Some people would see Pearce's behavior as overstepping her bounds, especially when considering the fact that she's employed as Higgin's housekeeper. None-the-less, she has no problem correcting his language, table manners, or even his treatment of Eliza.
