Frank Crawley Manderley's overseer. The Heroine enjoys his soft spoken company. He tells the heroine about Rebecca's boathouse and her, "moonlight picnics, and one thing and another”. Frank tells her about the boat she had, the same boat that she had drowned in when her body washed up miles away. Frank basically tells the heroine to let the past rest and not bring it back up again.
