3D Body model Measurements

Hello Guys,
I am new in Rhinoceros and the main reason to look for this software is that i want to measure body parts of 3D model like how much size of waist, wrist, neck, hand, height etc etc of 3D model which i have made in zbrush. So, i searched for it and found this below image which shows that Rhinoceros is the software where it can be solved.
So, Please help me out to solve this.
