is the boycott worth the risk to the logans and the Jamisons?

This plan is risky and unsafe for all the black farmers involved. Real change, however, often comes with great risk. Mama is a courageous individual and her resolve would be an example to others. I think that if they all stick together, the plan could work. They really all have to take care of each other though.
