why does Papa say the Logans can no longer shop at the Wallace store.

The Logans are racist and use black people. It was the Wallace brothers who burned the Berrys. The store also charges high interest on loans to black farmers. They are also in league with Mr. Granger. There is also drinking and gambling going on there.
