In Scene Three, the Nurse and Lady Capulet discuss Juliet's upcoming birthday. Nurse also repeats some embarrassing stories.

Later in the scene, Lady Capulet talks to Juliet about Paris' desire to marry her. Juliet doesn't seem too interested one way or the other, but she promises to check him out at her party.
