In your analysis, you are saying that Romeo drinks in a chalice (the poison) but where is the proof in the play? I can't find it and I would like to know where it is in the play. Thank you very much.

This really depends on the stage directions that are not part of the original play text. I don't recall Romeo drinking from a chalice. The poison he got from the apothecary was likely in a small vial.
