How do Mercutio and Benvolio consider romantic love?

Benvolio says that love (romance) looks great when you're on the outside looking in, but that it doesn't go that smoothly when you're the one who is experiencing it.

Alas, that love, so gentle in his view, Should be so tyrannous and rough in proof! Mercutio doesn't believe in romantic love.... he just believes in experiencing the moment. He doesn't see love as a serious thing.
