Mercutio is stabbed by Tybalt under Romeo's arm.

Tybalt dies of being stabbed by Romeo.

Romeo dies by taking poison because he believes Juliet is dead.

Juliet also tries to use poison, but there is none left so she stabs herself with Romeo's dagger.

The original answer had Romeo stabbing Mercutio. This did not happen.
