Romeo and Juliet
How does the imagery in Romeo and Juliet's first conversation depict their love?
A. as trivial and passing
B. as elevated and sacred
C. as ordinary and expected
D. as forbidden and doomed
A. as trivial and passing

D. as forbidden and doomed
Both B and D are true...... but since the couple's tragic end is foreshadowed within their first conversation, I'll have to say D.
I would again say B or D but in their first conversation their is many references to religious figures and Romeo refers to Juliet as 'dear saint' and she refers to him as 'pilgrim'. This is why I would answer B to this question as 'saint' and 'pilgrim' are sacred terms.
