How does the nurse increase Juliet’s suspense?

In Act II, Scene V, Juliet sends Nurse to apprise him of her love. When Nurse returns, all Juliet wants to know was how he reacted.... the nurse, however, increases the suspense by talking about everything but what Juliet wants to hear.
