How does this potion scene contrast with the following scene, scene 4?

Juliet is feeling ambivilant and depressed about what she is about to do with the potion.She feels as if she has been forsaken by her father. In Act 4 Juliet is thought to be dead and the atmosphere is meloncholy and sad. He father feels the opposite now about Juliet. He feels she is his jewel again.
