Romeo and Juliet
In which Scene of this act did you feel the dramatic irony peaked ?
Act 5
Act 5
It is my opinions that the dramatic irony peaks in Scene Two when all sources of communication cross paths and messages do not get delivered. Friar John is detained and mix ups ensue.
There is also a lot of dramatic irony in Scene Three when Paris foolishly believes Romeo has come to desecrate Juliet's body, and the two men fight, which results in yet another senseless death and leads to the deaths of our lovers.
