Romeo's attitude towards prince escales after meeting juliet

Romeo seldom comments on the Prince except when the Prince banishes him after Tybalt's death. I don't think Romeo is angry at the Prince more than whiny about being banished. He claims he would chose death over banishment but really shows little opinion on the Prince himself.
