What are the main ideas in Romeo's last soliloquy?

Romeo notes that Juliet is still beautiful in her death; we know, of course that she is not dead at all. He notes to Tybalt's corpse that he has come to "right" Tybalt's death by killing the very person who ended Tybalt's life. Finally, he weeps over Juliet's dead body, and he drinks the poison as a toast to "my love."

I think this is where Romeo talks about dream he has that is just like what the Friar has planned. It is filled with dramatic irony because we know he is going to end up like he envisions it.
