Romeo and Juliet

What are the measures Romeo and Juliet take to make sure they are together?

This question is based in Act Four, any scene. I would like to know what human quality can be blamed for the rash and desperate decisions of Romeo and Juliet in Act Four. By knowing the answer of what measures they took I can answer this side-question.

• Romeo and Juliet deceive the people around them. This includes their families, friends, and even Juliet's fiance.

• Juliet embraces Friar Lawrence's plan to take poison that will make her seem to be dead.

• Juliet and the Friar depend upon getting word of their plan to Romeo, seemingly unaware of what might happen if the message isn't delivered.
