Tybalt is dead and her Romeo is banished. On top of that she is set to marry Paris. Basically she wants a quick solution to her problems or she wants to die. In act 4 sc 1, she tells this to the Friar,

Be not so long to speak. I long to die
If what thou speak’st speak not of remedy.
