Rudyard Kipling: Poems

The Secret of the Machines by Rudyard Kipling

Why in the last stanza the first letter of the word 'Heavens' capitalized? What does it stand for or mean? Is any Poetic Device involved in it?

Needs clarification, please.

The "Heaven's" is capitalized because Kipling is referring to a place.

Though our smoke may hide the Heavens from your eyes,
It will vanish and the stars will shine again,
Because, for all our power and weight and size,
We are nothing more than children of your brain!
