Although the manufacturer, Oskar Schindler, bribes people and lies to them he would be seen as ethical by utilitarians; as in the narrative ‘Schindler’s List’.
THat is such a loaded question, it is difficult to deal with in such a short space. I can comment on this within the context of the film. Oskar Schindler is portrayed as a repentant hero. He worked within the "machinery" of the Nazi society to help what the Nazis were trying to destroy. Making useless shells to save Jewish lives certainly makes him "ethical". As to the actual history of Oskar Schindler, you will have to separate the movie from the factual evidence.The movie could be very accurate, I'm not sure.
