true or false? ( I got asked this in discussion)

So if stay off people’s private property and make sure not to injure them with my car, I may drive as far, as fast, and as often as I want?

I assume it is false because you are still putting people in danger by driving as fast.

I would think you are correct in that you can still harm other people.
