Do you agree or disagree with Emerson's assertion that specialization weakens society and man? Why? Support your ideas with at least 2 specific examples

Personally, I disagree. Emerson beleieves that all people should be self-reliant, fully dependent on themselves and no one else. Specialization allows people to work at what they're best suited for, and I believe that all people should have the opportunity to make a living doing something they love..... using their own special, individual gifts.
