Skellig

Michael and Mina show courage in taking care of Skellig..... someone who needs their help, and yet, someone who would inspire fear and loathing among people who did not or would not understand his circumstances.

Other examples of courage are faith based.... the belief in miracles, as seen in Michael's family that his baby sister would survive her operation and eventually come home. Michael's family's faith is strong, though, they each fear the worst in their own way.
