Lake Windsor Downs is an upper class section of the city. The houses are as expensive as the sound of the housing development names like Manors of Coventry, and the Villas at Versailles. The population of this area is homogenous: they are rich, white, and weary of anybody "different". They most likely expect conformity in many facets of life.
