Think back on the entire novel, but with specific focus on the ending. How do Erik’s actions in the novel affect Paul’s development? How do you think the story would be different if his actions had been different? (Full paragraph)

Paul's development was indeed effected by his brother's actions. Although, he couldn't remember why he was injured, he was leery of Erik, and even jealous. Paul knew, however, that his brother couldn't be trusted..... that there was something wrong. It is difficult to say what could have been, but I think Paul would have been a far different person had his brother been kind, loving, and honest.
