What agreement do the Fishers and the Bauers want their neighbors to agree to in regards to their stolen property?

They want their neighbors to not press charges against Erik and Arthur. Both families promise to return all of the stolen items or pay for the replacement of the stolen items if everyone will agree to give Erik and Arthur a second chance.
