In what way is Junior a racist, according to Gordy?

Arnold is lusting after a white girl named Penelope. Arnold tells Gordy that he is in love with a white girl. Gordy points out that that the world cares "more about beautiful white girls than they do about everybody else on the planet. White girls are privileged". Gordy implies that Arnold seems to be ignoring native girls, which makes him a racist.
