Should Junior take Mr. P's advice about leaving the Rez?

I think Mr. P gave Junior sound advice. Junior has to get out of the rez to use his talents or he will become just another statistic of failure. There is no room in the rez for Junior to get better. He will eventually succumb to the same temptations everyone does. When there are no goals or ability to achieve goals, alcohol and doing nothing become a way of life.
