What advice would you give to Junior about his Family?

I would not really have any advice to give Junior about his family. Despite poverty and alcoholism, Junior's family is rather functional: they love each other. Junior navigates his world much better than I ever could at that age. I have never felt the hardships that Junior's family has had to go through or the systemic racism they have lived with for generations. I don't think I would have any right to give Junior advice.
