Why does Mr. P say “Every white person on this rez should get smashed in the face. But, let me tell you this. All the Indians should get smashed in the face, too”

Mr. P is frustrated about the state of Aboriginals in the Spokane Reserve Wellpinit. Every white person, like himself, that has been racist and used Indians deserve a smack in the face. Indians too for not choosing to be stuck and wasting their lives away.
