How does Aunt Sally learn the real identities of “Tom” and “Sid”? What is Aunt Sally’s reaction?

She learns about them when Aunt Polly tells her near the end of the story. Aunt Polly had written to her but the letter never got read. Aunt Sally cannot believe they were creating all of the trouble around her house.
