did you find the ending satisfying? is there anything you wouldve changed?

No, I really like this novel. There is a clear balance the author between pathos,loss and hope. There are no winners in the war, only the dead and the survivors. The hope comes in the form of Liesel's kids. The loss is evident throughout the book.
