How old was Liesel Meminger and Rudy Steiner at the beginning of the book and by the end of the book?

I know that Rudy Steiner was killed during the Himmel Street bombing at the age of 14. But I would like to know how old he and Liesel were at the beginning.

Rudy is eleven when he first meets Liesel; Liesel is nine.

Liesel Meminger lived to a very old age, far away from Molching and the demise of Himmel Street.

Rudy dies as a young man in an air raid.
