In part 5, Do you think Rudy deserved the punishment he recieved at Franz's hands? Could he have avoided it?

No, he does not deserve the punishment he received because he was sticking up for a boy who needed it. On the other hand, Rudy is a member of the Hilter Youth, and it is his duty to do what he is told....... if the members of the Youth didn't follow orders they were punished.
