why Liesel didn't said Rudy about Max (when he lived in her basement) ? He was trustworthy boy...what she was afraid from his (Rudys) side ?

Liesel didn't disclose Max's presence because she had promised Hans that she would not do so. Obviously, Liesel is trustworthy.
