In some webpages is written that Rudy ' likes to mess with the ladies' .It's true ? In the novel we can find any proof that Rudy flirted or something with other girls than Liesel ?

I don't think this is examined in any detail in the book. Rudy seems like a precocious child but I would not consider him a "ladies man". He is only a boy.
