Why Bruno don't like title "little man" by Kotler , but he likes title " young man" by Pavel ?

"Little man" is sort of degrading and Bruno is sensitive about his height anyway, so Kotler calling him "little" is annoying. "Young man" is a more respectful way to address a young son of your higher up, and Bruno isn't sensitive about his age so he is okay with Pavel calling him "young".
