figure of speech

can someone explain to how can I extract the figure of speech from the poem? and does it necessary to have a figure of speech in every line?

for example, this line (burnt the fire of thine eyes?) its a question does it have a figure of speech?

You need to know what figurative language you are looking for and then just scan the text for it.
