Describe what made Josh feel the most upset and why it hurt him so much in Second Quarter

Josh is most upset when his father starts choking while watching he and JB doing freethrows. Dad covers up the coughing (gagging) fit and sprays the boys with a hose.... the all laugh, but Josh is only laughing on the outside. He is terribly upset and worried.
