There is a lot you can say, they are pretty opposite personalities. Here are a few notes:

Both have a relationship with Proctor. Elizabeth is his wife and Abigail has an affair.

Elizabeth is self aware and altruistic, Abigail is scheming and selfish.

Elizabeth relies on people to come to their own conclusions according to their conscience. Abigail manipulates people for her own gain.

Elizabeth never lies (except once for her husband under great duress). Abigail lies constantly.
