How does Sarah Good save herself?

Sarah clues in pretty quickly that the only way to save herself is by "confessing" to dealings with the Devil. This way the Court can cleanse her and prove that the court is needed to find witches but is also merciful to those that confess. In this way, the witch court validated its own existence.
