Miller wrote that we, too,"shall be pitied someday." What do you think he meant?

I think that Miller is trying to make a statement about damning each other without remorse or pity. He is saying that we too are not above reproach and someday might need pity too. It is easy to accuse people of whatever but pity is essential to our very souls, both for the accuser and the person being accused.
