what conflict existed in the church of Salem Village?

There were all sorts of little conflicts going on. Most of them were petty disagreements between neighbours. Reverend Parris disliked certain people in the village like John Proctor.Elizabeth Proctor suspected Abigail of sleeping with her husband. Putnam coveted his neighbours land consequently Giles Corey hated him....The list goes on. Many used the witch hunt to settle old conflicts and get back at others.
