The Crucible
What is the author's message in The Crucible by Arthur Miller?
The author's message.
The author's message.
Miller's message is simple..... don't get caught up in the hysteria because it can snowball into unimaginable horror. Fear causes people to do things completely out of character with who they are. Don't allow yourself to become a part of wh we today call "mob mentality."
I think that the author's main message in this play is that people should be aware of how much we can get swept up in hysteria and what bad things can occur when we do. He is saying that we tend to lose our heads when we are afraid of something.
I do not have an answer to this question, HOWEVER, I have to give a huge s/o to my girl (i guess not to assume genders or anything) jill d. for coming in clutch for our seminar on this topic. We had to have 5 topics for this seminar, and we managed to get stuck at 4. However, upon further inquiry and networking well throughout google's infinite resources, and the VAST variety you can find, our group stumbled upon this website, this answer in partiular.
The words have not been invented in the english language to explain how absolutely amazing the answer that jill d. had taken the time out of her presumable busy, and fullfilling life to respond. We must say that without her indirect help, we would most likely never have gotten 5 topics, and with the help of homegirl jill d, we may continue our learning experience with the way that we planned our presentation to go.
love ya jill d :))))))
