Why does Tituba cry out the names of Sarah Good and Sarah Osburn before any other names?

Both these women are rather outcasts in Salem to begin with. Tituba knows they are expendable. She offers them up because people will easily believe her. Tituba knows offering them up will take some of the pressure off of her.
