how does christopher reasoning differ from ours?

Christopher thinks in black and white; his reasoning is deductive, not analytical. He uses math and science to try and gain an understanding of the things that go on around him, and when overly stressed or stimulated he takes the fetal position and covers his ears. For Christopher, this is calming and even pleasurable.
