Is the book realistic and/or believable?

I have to make a powerpoint and my question that i have to answer is if the book is realistic and/or believable with 3 pieces of evidence from the book. Please help me my entire grade for biology is on the line here!

This was a chillingly realistic book that begins to shed light on the biomedical industry. If anything we are worse off than Richard Preston story. The story is based on real facts regarding Smallpox and the biomedical industry.
